The actual colors of our products may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to different monitor settings, lighting conditions, and screen resolutions. If you have any questions about colors, feel free to message us!

 

🌹 Do you offer custom lingerie?

At this time, we do not offer custom lingerie. Our patterns are pre-designed, and we currently do not have plans to expand our size range. However, we always appreciate your feedback and will update our customers if this changes in the future.

 

🌹 Do you offer wholesale for your lingerie?

Yes! We offer wholesale options for our lingerie. The minimum order is 20 pieces, and we provide a 40% discount for bulk purchases.

 

🌹 How can I know exactly what is included in my order?

Each order includes the items specifically listed in the product description. Some product photos may feature additional accessories (such as stockings, garters, or jewelry) for styling purposes, but these are not included unless explicitly stated.

Occasionally, we may include special gifts or mention certain accessories in promotions. If you're unsure about what's included, please feel free to contact us before placing your order for clarification. 😊

 

🌹 Do you offer gift wrapping or include gift notes?

Yes! If you’d like your order to be wrapped as a gift or want to include a personalized gift note, please message us before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.

 

🌹 Why hasn't my order been dispatched yet?

We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders, and as a small team, we are working as quickly as possible to process all purchases. Typically, orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 business days, but delays may occur during peak periods.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you need your order urgently, please message us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

🌹 Why hasn’t my tracking information updated?

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that it may take 48-72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system. This delay is caused by the shipping carriers.

We ship with USPS, UNIUNI, and SPEEDX. If you have concerns about your tracking status, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you!

 

🌹Can I return or exchange lingerie?

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, as is standard practice with most stores. Please make sure to check your order carefully before purchasing.


🌹 How can I participate in your trimestral lottery?

To enter our trimestral lottery, simply leave a 5-star review on your order. Then, contact our customer service team to confirm your entry. Once we verify your review, you will be added to the list of participants, and we’ll provide the date of the next lottery draw.
